CYC normally hosts two rowing races a year. For 2009, we will not run our open water race, the Catalina Crossing. The 32-nautical mile course runs from CYC to the Isthmus of Catalina and is open to experienced open water rowers. Our second yearly race is the Head of the Marina. It is a 3.1-mile race that is held within the Marina del Rey harbor and is scheduled for October 31, 2009. Contact Craig Leeds at caleeds@pacbell.net for more information.
